How do I receive my beat after purchase?
You’ll instantly receive a download link via email containing your beat file(s) and license PDF.
What’s the difference between MP3, WAV, and Exclusive licenses?
MP3 is basic & affordable, WAV is high-quality audio with more flexibility, Exclusive gives you full rights and tracked-out stems. See our License Info for full details.
Do you offer mixing and mastering?
Yes! We offer full mixing & mastering services. You can book directly through our Services Page.
What if I want a custom beat?
Custom beats are available on request. Just use the contact form or DM via Instagram. Let’s create something unique together.
Is shipping available internationally for merch?
Yes – all merch ships worldwide. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s printed and sent.
Can I use the beats for commercial purposes?
Yes. All licenses except MP3 Basic include commercial use. For major sync, ads or film licensing, please contact us directly.
Do I keep the rights to my song?
You keep all rights to your vocals and lyrics. However, beat rights depend on your license — basic and premium licenses are non-exclusive.
What if I lose the download email?
No problem! Just message us with your order number or email and we’ll re-send the files to you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and all major payment providers through our secure checkout.
Do I need to give credit when I use your beats?
Yes — you must credit on all platforms as “Produced by Brainwaveproductions” or “prod. by Brainwaveproductions”.
